    Answers incoming calls, both internally and externally, in a warm,pleasant and professional mannerEnsures that all messages are relayed promptly to the intendedpersonMaintains current visitor logGreets all visitors, residents, family members and associates in awarm and inviting manner on the phone and by standing andwalking around the desk for anyone entering the communityEnsures that the reception areas are clean, hospitable, and inviting.

    Ensures the compliance of all concierge team standards and firstimpression captain standards for the community entrance from thedriveway entrance (s) through the lobbyResponsible for creation and maintenance of resident face sheetsutilizing the Yardi systemInputs resident information for faces and uploads residentphotographUpdates information as it changes and ensures updated facesheet is distributed to all appropriate locationsCurrent resident face sheets should be kept in thefollowing locations: Van Book, Resident MedicalRecord, Business Office File and the EmergencyBookEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
