Director of Clinical Pharmacy and PACE Pharmacy Programs

The Director of Clinical Pharmacy & Pace Pharmacy Program serves as the programmatic and operational leader for Clinical Pharmacy & Pace program, working closely with a variety of departments, Senior Leadership Team, and key stakeholders to process improve across the organization and through future integration efforts.

Qualifications:

•Minimum of 10 years of previous pharmacy management and/or clinical coordinator experience

•Effective interpersonal skills to include the ability to resolve conflict and build teams

•Effective organization, planning and project management skills

•Demonstrated creativity and innovative approaches to activity implementation and problem resolution

•Effective analytical ability to recommend solutions and solve complex issues

•Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Employment Standards:

Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy AND possession of a valid license to practice Pharmacy in the State of MA AND three (3) years of management experience pharmacy.

Knowledge of:

Principles and practices of management, organization, supervision and budgeting; administrative methods and analyses; ambulatory care, organizational structure and the interrelationships of various clinical and diagnostic services; state and federal regulations governing pharmacy operations. Experience in 340B drug program.
