THE OPPORTUNITY
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the selling of Leap's products from end to end.
With a consultative approach, you will lead the sales cycle with owners, VP / Director level sales leaders, and office managers.
You will also drive the Sales strategy by owning all aspects of the sales cycle from discovery to close. This will include cross-functional work to develop the customer strategy and contribute to other revenue initiatives.The Enterprise Account Executive at Leap is focused on both Strategic and Enterprise accounts.
We work with contractors and in-home sales teams across several key industries to gain an in-depth understanding of their business.
Efficiencies and cost controls are core to the strategy of the Roofing, Windows, and Home Remodeler companies that we partner with, and the tools that Leap provides allow contractors to scale their business while also offering unique lending and payment options to their end customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close for large Roofing, Window, and Kitchen Bath Remodeler companies
Develop relationships with Owners, VPs, and other non-executive roles required to bring in new deals
Update cross-functional teams with feedback from prospects and continue to improve our Ideal Customer Profile
Prepare and manage proposals, contract term negotiations, and coordinate with Professional Services to build a comprehensive package as needed
Track activities, contacts, accounts, leads, and opportunities within our CRM
Provide regular forecasts and updates for assigned accounts to leadership
Partner with our cross-functional teams to help drive product strategy and operations
Work closely with Implementation, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure long-term success for our customers
REQUIRED SKILLS
Proven ability to exceed sales targets
5+ years of sales experience in a consultative SaaS selling environment or business development preferably with a home improvement or services product
1+ years experience in fintech or payments space
Strong communication, research, and presentation skills
Ability to communicate complex topics to non-technical end users
