Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 3+ years of corporate experience.
• The specialist will support the Change Management workstream, which is leading the communication, training and change management strategies and plans to ensure a smooth implementation.
• The ideal candidates will possess knowledge and experience with change and/or communication efforts, as well as managing and executing against project plans.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, human resources or related field and 3+ years' experience in a corporate setting, public relations agency or similar area.
• Fundamental knowledge of public communications concepts, practices and procedures.
• Fundamental knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Prepare moderately complex documents such as training guides, PowerPoints, videos, and reports using a variety of office software (e.g., PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, SharePoint, Smartsheet).
