The Intern Corporate Social Responsibility CSR and Social Impact will support programs and initiatives for the departments CSR and diversity inclusion D I activities as well as a variety of administrative tasks The Internship will run from June to August and require 3 days in person at the Madison office JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ul li Research potential non profit partner organizations to ensure they align with Sonys philanthropic pillars of giving /li/li Attend take notes for CSR & Social Impact meetings with internal stakeholders and external non profit partners /li/li Assist in organizing executing virtual in person employee engagement volunteer opportunities activities Manage organize CSR & Social Impact digital files documentation physical storage closet to ensure accuracy accessibility compliance assist track maintaining employee volunteer calendar statistics assist maintaining updated Corporate Membership information cultural institutions track employee use execute strategies programs around key cultural heritage months Support departments efforts Employee Business Resource Groups EBRGs SCA operating companies assist Corporate Communications department company wide distribution relevant updates events D I non profit partners Help update design maintain CSR & Social Impact SharePoint sites internal newsletters team communication channels timely engaging consistent information sharing Honesty trustworthiness ethical conduct material requirements outlined above /ul/p>
