Position Overview

CWT is seeking a Business Insight Consultant.

We help corporate travel and procurement professionals worldwide to find opportunities for savings and deliver more value in air, hotel and ground transportation sourcing, travel policy and compliance, and more.

To bring clients the expertise they need, CWT Solutions Group works as a team of 100+ consultants based in 18 cities worldwide.

Position Description

As Manager in CWT Solutions group, you will be responsible for:

* Leading a portfolio of Solutions Group clients

* Be responsible for the growth and development of the business

* Achieve targeted revenue, cost and profitability Ensure clients retention and development

* Support the business development team whenever necessary

* Managing a team of Solutions Group consultants

* Manage and develop the assigned team members

* Provide support to the team to successfully manage their client delivery

* Validate strategy and key recommendations delivered to clients

* Help consultants bring added value to clients

* Contribute to Solutions Group long term development

* Be proactive in identifying innovative product or process improvements and submit recommendations

* Assume project management responsibilities for other activities and developments as necessary

* Stay abreast of industry next practices

Qualifications

Position Requirements

• English fluent, another language is a must
• Ability to deal with in a multicultural environment
• Excellent oral & written Communication skills Strong knowledge of MS Office
• Analytical skills Ability to interact with all levels of management across international borders
• Time management skills including the ability to set priorities and work in a fast-paced multi-project environment
• As necessary regular international travel will be required
• Strong business development track record 3-5 years, preferably within the corporate travel sector or the consulting industry
• Proven project management skills including the ability to juggle many conflicting priorities
• Proven team leadership/management abilities.
• Need to be proficient in Power BI, advanced Excel, and Tableau.
