,- Accurately obtains and enters demographic, insurance and other related patient information into the computer-based patient registration/scheduling system.
- Schedules and/or arrives Radiology, Lab and basic ancillary service appointments.
- Provides patient with standard information regarding their personal preparation for scheduled procedures and services.
- Maintains accurate and timely records, logs, files and related information as required.
