    Description

    Compensation:
    $27 - $36 per hour

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician in Exeter, NH to join our team.

    The primary responsibility of this role is to perform basic preventive maintenance on machines, act as the second line of defense for machine breakdowns, and maintain accurate records of maintenance and machine performance data.

    The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess a strong understanding of machine mechanics.


    Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
    Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks on machines.

    Act as the second line of defense for machine breakdowns, assisting machine attendants and technicians as needed.

    Maintain accurate records of preventive maintenance activities and machine breakdowns.

    Detect machine malfunctions through observation and troubleshooting.

    Optimize machine performance by improving efficiency and reducing pre-process rejects.

    Ensure a safe and clean work environment by following safety rules and regulations.

    Utilize various power and hand tools to perform maintenance tasks.

    Collaborate with team members to solve problems and organize maintenance schedules.

    Demonstrate a positive and team-oriented attitude at all times.


    Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
    High school diploma or GED required.

    Previous experience as a machine attendant or in a similar role preferred.

    Familiarity with using various power and hand tools.

    Ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy loads.

    Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.


    Maintenance Technician Details:

    Pay Rate:
    $26/hr-$35/hr

    Full-Time: 2nd & 3rd shift available Mon-Fri

    Shift: 2nd 4pm-12:30am 3rd 12:30am-7:30am

    Weekend shift available as well
