Job Summary:
The Budtender maintains and safeguards entrusted confidential information; maintains vigilance for patient medication safety. Assists customers with all aspects of preparing, setting up, and finalizing the dispensation process for medication as regulated by the office of medical cannabis.Utilizes computer systems and programs appropriately for daily operations such as patient communication refill orders making appointments and home deliveries.
Facilitates thorough and accurate input of patient provider demographic information in seed to sale software system.Maintains cash register accountability assigned drawer completes opening closing procedures as assigned Complies state law regulations provides oversight overall dispensary compliance under supervision licensed pharmacist understands stays updated state regulations pertaining medical cannabis Participates recordkeeping reporting necessary State Compliance attends staff meetings continuing education directed Maintains safe clean working environment complying custodial procedures rules regulations adheres infection control standards handwashing Assists patients caregivers through dispensary process experience educates patients proper use storage medical cannabis medications follows Green Goods customer service model works supervisors set accomplish goals completes opening closing procedures responds patient communication platforms troubleshoots solve issues regarding usage their products performs duties assigned
