- Coordinate contestants and execution for pregame and between-inning contests.
- Assist with distribution of fan giveaways before and during games at gates.
- Prepare and support game day activations and pregame/postgame activities.
- Bring energy to the ballpark and a positive attitude to fans of all ages.
- Work non-game day events at the ballpark and outside of the ballpark as needed.
- Represent the Space Cowboys in a professional manner at all times.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of Baseball.
- Strong communication skills, positive mindset, and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work all Space Cowboys games in 2024.
- Ability to work non-standard hours including nights, weekends, holidays and commit to 40 or more events as needed.

Summary
The Sugar Land Space Cowboys Baseball Club, Triple-A Affiliate of the Houston Astros, is seeking Game Day Promotions Team Members. The promotions staff will work a variety of game day responsibilities to enhance the game day experience for Space Cowboys fans in addition to assisting with off-site promotional appearances. The promotions staff is expected to have a positive and outgoing attitude and be able to work diligently.
*Please note: Interviews/Auditions are invitation only and will be held in early February. Official invitations will be sent in January.

Work Environment
The position will perform work in a stadium, office, and local community environment where noise/crowd levels greatly vary. The position is subject to varying temperatures and weather extremes.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk and hear. The vision requirements include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Nature of position requires physical mobility and the ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
Travel
The primary work location will be the stadium, but travel may be required to assist with promotional appearances around the Houston/Fort Bend/Katy area.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
