- Acting liaison for the customer to support the production and qualification of vendor components and assemblies.
- Collaborate with suppliers to streamline qualification processes and design changes.
- Define processes to improve New Product Introduction (NPI) efficiency.
- Analyze and refine design change procedures.
- Ensure supplier compliance with specifications and timelines.
- Facilitate implementation of new parts and documentation.
- Participate in meetings for new designs and improvement strategies.
- Align supplier activities with program goals.
- Create and implement training programs for local ISMs.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts.
- Establish validation standards in line with industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or Design Office, preferably in the aerospace or automotive industry.
- Experience with certification and testing processes.
- Automotive and Aerospace Industry experience.
- Proficiency in project management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Great client is seeking a supplier onsite consultant driving the New Product Introduction of an Aerospace Components to ensure products meet Design Requirements and meets applicable Certification. Candidate must have Automotive or Aerospace Industry experience and have experience with certification and testing processes.
