    PROVAIL has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to join our team In this role you will provide administrative, managerial support and direct services to the Employment Services Program to ensure effective and efficient operations.

    This is a full-time position that typically works Monday-Friday during normal business hours but may require some need for occasional nights/weekends-based business needs.

They created some of the first community services for individuals with cerebral palsy and other severe disabilities in the area.     What youll do:
    • Supervises a team of Employment Consultants and Transition Specialists ensuring quality service delivery and training support.
    • Assists Director of Employment to ensure on-going CARF accreditation compliance and other contract compliance as well as, proper data reporting mechanisms and formats.
    • Assists in collection and analysis of data and develops qualitative and quantitative management reports.
    • Represents PROVAIL in community activities such as resource fairs, transition fairs, plan of care and provider meetings, and report results.
    • Ensures that all required documents are completed and current for each employment customer, including but not necessarily limited to plan of service and release information.
    • Provides training and direct support to include new staff orientation, social security work incentives, job development, billing and documentation procedures, job carving, job creation, and systematic instruction.
    • Assists in the recruitment and hiring of new employment team members.
    Additional Responsibilities:
    • Develops corporate and public sector employment.
    • Assists in the development of marketing materials and efforts to expand employment services as needed.
    • Assists in the monitoring of customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
    • Monitors DVR referrals and billing.
    • Provides back up support to other team members and customer service as required by program needs.
    • Performs related duties as assigned.
    What youll bring:
    • BA/BS in related field or commensurate experience.
    • Two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
    • Demonstrated success in a supported employment program.
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with co-workers, customers and their families and/or home staff, employers, funding sources, and the community.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop jobs in large corporations and in the public sector.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of social security benefits, job development, job creation, systematic training, job carving, and available funding sources related to services provided.
    • Basic computer skills in a Windows environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal, listening, analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Must be able to pass a criminal history background check.
    • Must have a current and valid Washington driver's license and good driving record, own vehicle, and maintain insurance acceptable to the agency's insurance carrier.
