- Minimum 1 years experience in a manufacturing setting
- Strong process engineering skills based on sound engineering and scientific principles
- Must have Lean, Kaizen, DOE, Six Sigma, 5S, TPM, or related experience
- Must have excellent communication skills with all levels of professionals
- BS degree in Industrial Engineering, operations research, management science, or a related field desired
- The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, preferably in food & beverage / cGMP industries
- Knowledge of ERP, MES, OSI PI, Industry 4.0, and simulation
- Experience in big data, Machine Learning, Tableau, Alteryx, Microsoft BI, and SQL would be helpful
- Experience managing budgets, building timelines, and providing cost estimates is desirable
