    Description

    Our team is seeking an experienced Civil Estimator to work in a state-of-the-art office environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare project scope estimates based on proposal documentation with detailed pricing and bid qualifications.
    • Evaluate bidding risks and strategies, analyzing alternative solutions and construction methods.
    • Review project documentation, including drawings, specifications, data, geotechnical reports, addendums.
    • Evaluate DBE/SBE goal requirements for compliance.

    The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills,
    organizational planning knowledge of construction means
    and methods.
    Project schedule preparation,
    costs engineering principles will be essential
    in this role.



    1. Attend pre-bid meetings or perform pre-bid site visits

    2. Analyze competition communicate with estimating team
