Position Description:
Hexagon US Federal is seeking a motived detail minded person, capable of manipulating multiple facets in planning procurements, issuing, and relieving Manufacturing Orders and collaboration in an overall team environment


Key Responsibilities:

• Working with various suppliers for quoting components.
• Completing purchase requisitions and tracking until purchase orders are issued by the purchasing department.
• Analyzing component shortages and defining order quantities.
• Issuing and relieving Manufacturing Orders

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience with Deltek Costpoint (Materials) processes.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Strong understanding of MRP functions within an automated system.
• Proven efficiency with MS Excel of other MS office applications.
• The ability to work within a group or independently.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for interdepartmental communications

Preferred Qualifications:
* 1-2 Years experience in Deltek Costpoint.

• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Experience in the management and movement of inventory.
• Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 process refinement and implementation.

Required Level of Security Clearance:
Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance
