    We are seeking a Senior Program Controls Analyst to support the Program Controls team.

    We are looking for a candidate with strong communication, analytical and collaborative skills who enjoys working with cross-functional teams in the Finance, Engineering and the Program Management community.

    Core ResponsibilitiesSupport proposal teams by developing and analyzing cost inputs, pricing proposal inputs and creating compliant proposal submittalsCreate and maintain program budgets and forecasts utilizing earned value managementMonitor program financial data on a weekly and monthly basisDevelop and maintain monthly forecasts, prepare variance analysis as neededPrepare internal and external customer financial reportsPrepare and present quarterly estimates-at-completion (EAC's)

    Ensure compliance with all required corporate, department and government policies and regulationsSupport Program Management by providing recurring and ad hoc project reporting and analysesEducation/QualificationsMinimum of BA/BS degree in accounting, finance or a related disciplineExperience/Qualifications:5+ years of relevant experienceMicrosoft Office Suite proficiency requiredDeltek Costpoint / SAP experienceStrong knowledge of Microsoft ExcelStrong prioritization and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a high degree of flexibilityExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to lead and resolve daily issuesKnowledge of the FAR, DFAR, CAS, and SOX guidelinesAbility to communicate clear and concise objectives to all levels of the organizationAbility to work well both independently and in a team environment

    Pay Range:

    Colorado pay range: $106,000 to $115,000.Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.

    This position is based out of ARKA's Colorado Springs, CO campus. If you like city life, but also enjoy the great outdoors, Colorado Springs is the place for you. The city rests at the base of Pikes Peak.
