• Facility Maintenance Services who will be responsible for the overall management of all cleaning functions in the venue to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly experience for the guest.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOInterviews, selects, trains, supervises, counsels and disciplines maintenance service staff to ensure maximum guest satisfaction. Organizes and conducts meetings and communicates pertinent information to the staff.

Schedules and directs staff in their work assignmentsConducts pre-event inspections of all venue areas, prior to opening to ensure cleanliness and safety of areasReport all damages and required maintenance following each event to Operations ManagerCarry out preventative and reactive maintenanceMaintain building structures and fixturesPartners with cleaning team pre and post eventPurchases, re-orders and maintains adequate supplies and inventory of cleaning products and other suppliesAny other task as assigned by the Operations ManagerShow CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.

Work with scheduling payroll administrator to ensure that all staffing needs are metWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRINGHigh School Diploma or equivalentFamiliar with Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of safe work practices and proceduresAttention to detail, quality and accuracyExperience in plumbing, construction, and general maintenancePrevious management positionAbility to work independentlyAvailable to work flexible and extended hours including evenings and weekendsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPosition requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs+ and occasional sitting.
