    Job Description


    Responsibilities:

    • Assists with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process.
    • Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the Hiring Manager.
    • Maintains allocated job boards including LinkedIn, Smart Recruiter, Volunteermatch, Chezuba, and Handshake
    Act as a resource to candidates by responding to questions throughout the hiring process.


    • Assists supervisors with job board research.
    • Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.
    Qualifications

    Here's what we're looking for:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience preferred.
    • Must be available to volunteer 8-10 hours a week

    At this time in ordinance with our BFOQ policy we are only hiring female identifying volunteers.
