    Description

    Exciting Job Opportunity at Epsilon

    In this position, you will play a key role in research projects and developing advancements for Epsilon's CORE Personalization Platform, aimed at boosting the capabilities of Epsilon's digital marketing ventures.

    Responsibilities

    • Contribute individually to data science and machine learning R&D initiatives
    • Utilize your expertise in data science, machine learning, and computer science to explore solutions for tech and business challenges
    • Engage in projects from the initial research phase through to implementation
    • Implement and enhance cutting-edge algorithms in distributed settings
    • Build a solid understanding of Epsilon PeopleCloud Digital Media Solutions and proprietary datasets
    • Participate actively in collaborative research and application projects

    Qualifications

    • Ph.D. in computational, mathematical, engineering, or scientific discipline
    • Proficiency in computer programming, data structures, and algorithm design
    • Demonstrated analytical and modeling skills
    • Proven track record in leading research endeavors
    • Experience in computational areas such as data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
    • Excellent organizational, motivational, and interpersonal abilities

    Additional Skills (Preferred)

    • Experience with Spark libraries
    • Proficiency in Scala and Python programming
    • Knowledge of SQL queries
    • Background in distributed computing and cloud databases
    • Familiarity with Hadoop
    • Proven experience collaborating with business and technical teams
