    Description
    We are currently recruiting for a motivated Accounting Assistant to join a service-related company based in Santa Ana. This temporary position offers a structured work schedule from Monday through Friday, with every other Friday off. The assignment is set to begin as soon as possible and is anticipated to last approximately 6 months.


    Job Responsibilities:
    Preparing, verifying, and processing invoices and other financial documents.
    Assisting with the entry of purchase requisitions.
    Composing and typing routine correspondence related to financial tasks.
    Reconciling travel-related expenses.
    Carrying out additional tasks as necessary to support the accounting department.


    Minimum Qualifications:
    High school diploma or equivalent, preferably supplemented by courses in office practices.
    Experience in performing financial, statistical, or clerical work.
    A suitable combination of education and experience that equips the candidate with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.


    Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    Comprehensive knowledge of modern office procedures, business English, and arithmetic.
    Proficiency in operating standard office equipment, including adding machines, calculators, and computers.
    Excellent skills in arithmetic computation and file management.
    Ability to process transactions with accuracy and speed, follow detailed instructions, and establish productive working relationships.


    Other Requirements:
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
