    Job Description

    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.

    Position: Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
    Location: Southborough, MA
    Dates: April 22nd - June 13th
    Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15am - 3:00pm

    Description:
    We are seeking 1-2 dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with an elementary caseload of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Southborough, MA. The positions are available from April 22nd to June 13th.

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
    • Provide direct support and instruction to students with ASD
    • Collect and record data on student progress and behavior
    • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to support student goals

    Requirements:

    • Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
    • Experience working with children or individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
