- Attend department and program meetings and training sessions.
- Customize music therapy resources to meet client needs.
- Collaborate on department projects and events.
- Create a positive learning environment and maintain good relationships with clients and partners.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and partners.
- Expand relationships beyond partnerships and promote MacPhail opportunities.
- Represent MacPhail positively and participate in client recruitment.
- Maintain an accurate schedule and respond promptly to correspondence.
- Other duties as required.

Music Therapy Administrative Team, President and COO
Exempt; Part Time
Twin Cities Metro
This role is all about delivering top-notch music therapy services as part of our dynamic program.
Board Certification and Bachelor's degree in music therapy required. Master's Degree and additional certifications preferred.
Experience working with diverse populations required. Previous clinical experience and group setting experience preferred.
Ability to teach multiple instruments, work with diverse populations, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and music production applications.
Occasional lifting, walking, sitting, climbing, bending, and other physical activities.
