    We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our team.

    This role will primarily involve assisting inbound user calls and emails with various IT-related problems and providing support for software, hardware, connectivity, and external devices.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Assist inbound user calls and emails regarding IT-related problems, including MS Office, Outlook, PC software, hardware, and external devices.
    Install software/hardware and provide assistance to end-users with questions and problems.
    Monitor internal systems for notices of outages, collaborate with technical groups, and create necessary customer communication.
    Stay up to date with newly deployed end-user hardware and software.
    Maintain service level agreements, adhere to departmental standards, and ensure timely resolution of end-user problems.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    2+ years of experience in a similar role.
    Strong troubleshooting skills and technical proficiency in IT support.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and escalate system-wide issues as needed.
    Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies.
