Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration
Minimum of two years of business experience
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience in a customer service environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with interfaces between accounts payable and financial systems
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and databases

Duties

Supplier Relationship Analyst responsibilities include:
Conducting due diligence on records for new and existing suppliers
Ensuring compliance with federal regulations and University policies
Completing government compliance forms such as W9 and W8 for new suppliers
Ensuring accuracy of 1099 and 1042S reporting
Performing data analysis and periodic reviews of the supplier database
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date supplier information
