    + 4 Years of overall and 4 years of D365 CE Experience

    + Experience with contact center implementations and customer service

    + Excellent understanding of D365 CE Module

    + Experience working with onpremise D365 version

    **Required Skills:**

    + Ability to converse with customer on Business Requirements

    + Experience with Agile methodology

    + Act as a sole contributor with minimum guidance
