    Interventional Cardiologist, Academic Clinician - Chester County Hospital and the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania

    The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania is looking for candidates for an Assistant Professor role in the non-tenure academic clinician track.

    We need expertise in specific areas like novel aortic/mitral/tricuspid valvular heart disease intervention and more.

    We are searching for an ideal candidate who can work collaboratively with clinical teams to develop new interventional programs.

    Applicants should hold an M.D. or equivalent degree and be certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, and Interventional Cardiology.

    Teaching duties may involve guiding medical students, residents, and cardiovascular fellows in interventional procedures. The academic clinician track mandates active teaching participation.


    Clinical obligations may include performing and analyzing cardiac catheterization studies at Chester County Hospital and the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, along with other services.

    Specific requirements encompass proficiency in coronary, structural, and peripheral interventions.
