In the role of Technical Solution Analyst, youll tackle complex challenges as you develop and diversify your professional experiences while helping others grow and develop their skills.

    In this role, youll be responsible for:

  • Providing technical expertise on assigned technologies to our clients
  • Deploying standard technologies across AbbVies global manufacturing network
  • Supporting analytics capabilities for site services to enable more real-time data utilization
  • Partnering with clients to understand specific business processes business drivers and business strategies across multiple business units.
  • Ensuring compliance between business strategies and technology directions
  • Finding opportunities for new or existing technology capabilities (across multiple business areas) with high-level business unit executives
  • Planning and executing projects that advance client business technology imperatives
  • Serving as primary contact and subject matter expert on technologies in use across the business areaTools and skills you will use in this role:

    Qualifications
    Experiences that make you a strong candidate for this role:

    Required:

  • Bachelors Degree with 6 years experience; Masters Degree with 5 years experience; PhD with 0 years experience
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with application and system configuration
  • Working knowledge of system life cycles
  • Experience taking projects through from ideas through implementation
  • Familiarity with business intelligence programs, analytics, or data engineering
  • Previous experience managing the work assignments of contractors, service providers, or direct reports Beneficial:
  • Work experience supporting GxP applications
  • Experience in manufacturing, building management, facilities, or site operations domainsAbout our team

    Our Site Services Business Technology Solutions team runs the core systems that allow AbbVies operations to make and deliver products for our patients. This team supports our commissioning & qualification, maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO), building automation management, and other core site and facility services.
