PDM & Reliability Supervisor - Newburgh

Job summary
The PDM & Reliability Supervisor plays a critical role in driving equipment reliability and operational excellence. This position focuses on identifying and eliminating root causes of equipment failures leading predictive preventive maintenance efforts supervising a team dedicated to improving plant performance reducing O&M expenditures increasing equipment uptime and reliability.- Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) processes.
- Implement solutions to address repetitive failures maintenance issues collaboratively with planners evaluate work requests determine the need for root cause evaluations continuously review optimize Preventative Maintenance (PM) activities based on predictive data directly supervise the Predictive Maintenance Department Electrical Mechanical including five hourly employees enhance Reliability Group processes deploy new technologies develop asset health metrics manage departmental budget plan contract work oversee contract labor provide technical support system troubleshooting documentation support engineering maintenance operations teams ensure equipment reliability contribute training programs promote operational excellence.
