    This includes executing high-impact projects to elevate the capabilities of future Ion platforms, working closely with customers and field teams to capture voice of customer as well as field team collaboration to ensure optimal customer experience with existing products.

    Working across multiple product franchises, in multiple geographies, and in collaboration with multiple cross-functional stakeholders across Product Operations and Commercial functions, this individual also will have a unique breadth and story-telling platform, tying the value-proposition of multiple products into a cohesive and compelling story that ranges across the portfolio lifecycle (from launch to end-of-life).Field Sales, Customer Support, Field Engineering and Services) needs to identify and develop in-market and product development solutions.

    Lead Product Management in the SIOP process (Sales, Inventory, Operations Planning) process, working closely with manufacturing and operations, forecasting SKUs.

    Monitor and prioritize product quality issues.

    Leverage and implement ecosystem solutions with existing customers, with internal alignment on prioritization of these solutions and services as part of the annual planning process.

    Business AnalysisConduct product forecasting with the finance teamIdentify opportunities for product improvements by analyzing product return data and complaints informationIntegrate voice-of-customer and field intelligence into the product roadmap developmentAbility to use data to develop market and product insights and drive decision making.

    Product Rollout and LaunchPropose product feature updates and next-generation products and services aligned with customer needs and company's long-term targets:Identify and clearly articulate unmet customer needsEvaluate fit or prototype product solutionsEvaluate critical business requirements and potential product impactBuild awareness of existing in-market products and services that may be underutilized by the existing customer baseRefine product positioning and establish claims, messaging and pricingEnsure execution of a smooth product rollout process, primarily in the United States but also global product launches when needed.

    Measure product success by monitoring product adoption and seeking post-launch product feedback.

    Roadmap DevelopmentServe as conduit between field and product management team by providing real-time insights from the customer and field-based teamsDevelop a deep understanding of the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer and future clinical spaces, including monitoring and consuming clinical literature, attending medical society meetings and engaging with physician key opinion leaders.

    Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research. Develop business justification for recommendations and gain alignment across key stakeholders on project prioritization.

    A minimum 5 years of professional experience with at least 2 years of experience in medical device product management, product marketing or product sales.

    Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior management and customers.

    Self-starter with ability to take leadership in a fast-paced environment, agility to pivot focus to meet evolving customer needs and shifting market dynamics.

    Strong relationship builder with proven ability to work across disparate parts of an organization to deliver results.
    Ability to work in surgical labs and hospital patient care areas is required.
    Required Education and TrainingMinimum Bachelor's degree, preferably with a major in science, engineering, or business.
    Well-versed in MS Office Suite, Tableau, Salesforce.
    Working ConditionsAbility to travel domestically and internationally.
    Preferred Skills and ExperienceMasters degree in life science, engineering or business discipline preferredHands-on data analysis skills.

    Experience with in one of these areas preferred:
    medical software, capital equipment, flexible catheters, robotics.
