Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Team Member to join our growing company. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining our 120,000 square foot athletic facility and ensuring the optimal functioning of all building systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily operations, maintenance, and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive approach to building upkeep, growth, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily operation, maintenance, and repairs of the athletic facility
• Ensure maximum uptime of all building systems and equipment
• Perform daily and weekly upkeep, including oversight and maintenance of pool facilities
• Manage a wide variety of skilled and semi-skilled building maintenance and repair tasks
• Handle all administrative responsibilities for the Maintenance department, including ordering, vendor relations, and budget management
• Act promptly on any conditions within the property that are out of the ordinary

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of building operational systems
• Proven ability to manage a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
