Job Summary

Assist to plan, define, award, and manage various Engineering Contractor's technical deliverables for both basic engineering and detailed design. Assist to plan, define and award and manage Package Vendor's technical deliverables and equipment delivery. Manage the closeout of HAZOP actions. Ensure compliance with Client basis of design and corporate specifications. Prepare, interface with clients, and maintain a deviation request list with regard to all Client specifications. Prepare project-specific discipline-related technical specifications and drawings with regard to all Client, Company, and Classification Society requirements.

Ensure that all contractors and vendors meet the contractual, Classification Society, and technical requirements related to the process engineering discipline.

Responsible for providing support towards the development and consolidation of multi-discipline engineering registers/lists. Assist in interface engineering registers, P&IDs, calculations, and drawings. Ensure compliance with Safety Studies recommendations and best practices. Own, manage and coordinate all aspects related to the Process Simulation. Assist troubleshooting during construction, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning, through to start-up, and including during the operating regime. Travel as required, including but not limited to shipyards in SE Asia region, China, the Middle East region, other Offices (Oslo, Malaysia), candidate vessels (onshore/offshore), operational production units (offshore) and onshore support bases


Qualification:
Degree qualified in Chemical Engineering. Experience in the execution of FPSO projects. Experienced in Oil & Gas Process Engineering (15 years). Previous Lead Role for engineering contractor. Proven experience in reviewing & commenting on deliverables from contractors. Proficient in HYSYS simulation. Able to write Technical Reports. Good use of WORD, Excel & Powerpoint.
