Marketing Coordinator - Tampa, United States - MFM Search LLC
Description
Generally, this person will assist the current team in continuing my client's daily marketing program, while at the same time helping to develop new initiatives.
The Marketing Coordinator must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.
Daily Responsibilities:
Using the Creative Suite, prepare company branded and templated marketing materials for exclusive listings
Prepare Site Tour books so that the sales team can show potential retail spaces to clients
Prepare various types of maps to be used in marketing brochures
Conduct research to analyze real estate and other related market trends (e.g. retail, hospitality, experiences, etc.), customer behavior, and competitive landscape, to suggest ways to improve marketing efforts and materials
Develop and maintain website and email blasts
Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives
Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote company brand
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in full Adobe Creative suite—absolute must, non-negotiable
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications, preferred
Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Ability to brainstorm and collaborate with a team
