Located at 1182 Chenango Street, the Children's Home emphasizes community impact and improving lives through compassionate care and outreach.Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Liberty, NY, for a Community Based Provider.
The Community Based Provider will work directly with children, families, and local communities to provide support, facilitate community engagement initiatives, and manage relationships.
The role will involve fostering healthy communication and building collaborative connections within the community while delivering excellent customer service and offering compassionate care tailored to individual needs.
QualificationsStrong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
Experience in Community Engagement and Community Management
Excellent Communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy
Proficiency in Customer Service and supporting individuals with diverse needs
Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting with a range of stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
Flexibility and cultural competence to engage with diverse communities
