Job summary
We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in New Castle, Delaware. As a member of our team, you will provide compassionate care to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their own homes. You must have at least one year of verifiable work experience with individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities.Responsibilities
- Accompany clients on errands and appointments
- Spend time on the client's favorite hobbies and activities
- Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
- Participate in community integration activities
