    Overview:

    The Senior Branch Manager role involves overseeing the operations of a Landscape Maintenance Branch with a revenue range of $10-16M annually. Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality landscape management for clients, enhancing market share, and meeting financial targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Operations and Employee Management
    • Manage multiple service lines within the branch effectively.
    • Implement safety measures to promote a secure working environment.
    • Recruit, train, and supervise new employees.
    • Coordinate client service teams.
    • Guide and support Supervisors in training Crew Leaders and Crew Members.
    • Communicate with employees, provide feedback, and develop growth plans.
    • Enforce company policies and procedures.
    • Identify staffing needs and ensure proper asset management.
    Client Services
    • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
    • Ensure accurate contract execution.
    • Monitor job quality at client properties.
    • Renew existing accounts annually.
    Sales
    • Align branch sales goals with budget.
    • Collaborate with Business Developer to achieve sales objectives.
    • Identify prospects and communicate with the Business Developer.
    • Estimate project costs accurately.
    Administrative / Other
    • Deliver reports and financials in a timely manner.
    • Establish and monitor annual budget.
    • Track branch performance accurately with the Controller.
    • Ensure timely billing.
    • Perform other assigned duties.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Degree in a business-related field or relevant industry experience.
    • Minimum 7 years of management experience in landscaping or a related field.
    • Proficiency in project management, team leadership, decision-making, and technology.
    • Knowledge of business accounting and P&L statements.
    • Familiarity with horticulture, landscaping equipment, and fleet management.
    • Ability to travel within the designated territory.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    Preferred Additional Qualifications:
    • Degree in Ag Business, Horticulture, or related fields.
    • English-Spanish bilingualism.
