As the Beauty Salon Leader, you will elevate our salon's success You are responsible for managing all operations while providing essential leadership and tools for your team's success. You lead by example, motivating staff to expand their clientele and enhance profitability. You set the standard for excellence, offer various hair care services, and ensure every guest receives top-quality care.
As a dedicated coach and mentor, you foster a positive work culture. From recruitment and training to conflict resolution and handling client feedback, every day brings new challenges that keep you engaged
