    Trystar's team members are our most important asset, we are in search of a dedicated and results-achieving Manufacturing Site Leader to join our Operations Leadership team at our Merrimack, New Hampshire operations site. In this role you will have the ability to redesign, build, shape, improve and implement effective manufacturing processes, utilize concepts of lean & 6 sigma to drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement, while working to achieve key performance metrics and meeting/exceeding customer expectations. The position requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills as well as a solid understanding of assembly processes within the electronic & electrical equipment industry.

    In this role you will get to:

    • Champion a culture of safety excellence, prioritizing the well-being of all employees, visitors, and contractors. Implement and enforce safety protocols and continuously improve safety practices.
    • Drive a commitment to uncompromising product quality. Support and maintain robust quality control processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards and customer specifications.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Lead or facilitate Lean and Six Sigma projects to reduce waste, enhance productivity, and increase overall operational efficiency. Monitor the progress and results of these initiatives, ensuring that improvements are sustained over time.
    • Develop & utilize metrics for measuring performance in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, cost management, capacity management, productivity, operational efficiency, cycle time and people development & performance.
    • Develop and implement strategies for scaling manufacturing capacity & capabilities with flexibility to support the company's rapid growth.
    • Cultivate a high-performance manufacturing team. Coach & develop staff through individual development plans that ensure succession planning for all levels of the plant. Increase the level of technical knowledge of core business processes to develop key talent & improve manufacturing process performance.
    • Leverage our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to its full potential to ensure seamless and efficient transactional data management throughout the production process.
    • Be actively engaged in our Integrated Business Planning process reviews and evaluate our manufacturing operations against forecast and prepare manufacturing capabilities/capacity to meet customer demands.
    • Lead & collaborate with facilities & maintenance to ensure manufacturing equipment is operating safely and at a maximum level of efficiency.
    • Ensure effective problem solving is utilized to drive root cause & deploy permanent corrective action.
    Job Requirements

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Sciences, Supply Chain or Business Management.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles preferably with electronic final assembly & test.
    • Proven track record of achieving results in safety, quality, delivery, cost management & personnel development.
    • Experience in understanding and utilizing ERP/MRP & MES systems.
    • Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills, and ability to make educated decisions quickly.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.

    ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

    • Master's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or Supply Chain is a plus.
    • Effective change agent through communication, coaching &raising the bar to drive high-performing teams.
    • Experience with demonstrated lean six sigma processes & tools and ability to transform organization to achieve lean as part of the culture.
    • Leverage data to lead in a metrics-driven environment and holds his/her team accountable to established metrics; has created KPIs, and metrics for a company in a high growth environment.
    • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient with common Microsoft software programs, including: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook & MS Teams.
