    The Integrated Products Division of Applied Research Associates is seeking a Custodian to join our teamThe ideal candidate will have experience in custodial services, preferably in an industrial setting, and grounds maintenance.

    In addition, this role will require basic knowledge of minor building repairs and maintenance.

    If you are detail-oriented, a self-starter, and would like to become part of a local employee-owned business, this might be the job for you The Integrated Products Division of ARA is looking for Full Time Custodian to perform facility custodial duties.

    You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our building, as well as performing basic repair and maintenance functions as needed.


    What you'll do as a Custodian:
    Ensure office is prepared for daily use by taking out trash & recyclingVacuum carpets, mop floorsDustClean and sanitize employee restroomsRestock disposables (soap, paper towels, toilet paper)

    Clean and sanitize kitchenClean and polish conference room tablesLawn mowing and maintenance in summerSnow removal from walkwaysUndertake occasional "as needed" tasks, such as washing windows and mirrors, shampoo or steam-clean carpets and rugs, pressure washing, and running local errandsManages inventory of cleaning suppliesBasic maintenance and repair of facilityCustodian Requirements:

    Knowledge and use of cleaning supplies and equipmentAttention to detailAbility to stoop, kneel, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds or moreAbility to work with minimal supervisionGood communication skillsKnowledge and experience using various power and hand toolsExperience with minor building repairs a plusHigh School diploma & 2-3 years of experienceValid Driver's licenseCompany & Division InformationApplied Research Associates, Inc.
