    • Opportunity for Growth andAdvancement Branch Manager will plan and manage all financial andoperational functions within an assigned stand-alone operating branchwith sales over \$10 million. Provide leadership to create anenvironment that promotes safety, teamwork, continuous improvement,learning, high customer satisfaction (NPS), and high standards ofservice. Utilize human resources effectively to increase business,manage workload and job costs, achieve production and margin objectivesand provide quality services to customers and contractors. Full P&Lresponsibility. Responsibilities
    • Review and promote the maintenanceof a safe, accident free, and healthy work environment. Support safetypolicies that ensure that all employees go home in as good as conditionas when they arrived for work.
    • Resolve customer issues and complaintsto ensure customer satisfaction. Improve NPS scores.
    • Responsible forthe overall company operations of a division.
    • Manage and develop thedivision staff, which includes hiring, terminating and disciplining ofemployees, setting work priorities, conducting staff meetings,counseling and training employees, ensuring that staffing needs are met,evaluating performance and directing work assignments to ensureeffective operations. Promote positive employee engagement.
    • Overseedaily division operations to ensure that proper procedures andguidelines are in place and followed for provision of qualityinstallations and services. Use internal audit as a guide.
    • Developand implement operational plans to achieve profit and growth goals indesignated market areas and oversee operations budget to accomplishobjectives.
    • Maintain control over departmental expenditures. Develop forecasts for sales growth, market mix, and profitability. Stay current on changes within regulatory, economic, and competitiveenvironment which may affect the operations of the division.
    • Assistin the maintenance and monitoring of internal controls, policies, andprocedures for operational areas. Respond promptly to all Branch,Support Group requests.
    • Plan utilization of space and facilitiesconsistent with requirements of organizational efficiency.
    • Promoteand monitor equipment and property protection security measures. Establish and review pricing structures and labor rates for alldepartments.
    • Negotiate programs, pricing and terms with vendorsproviding key materials and services.
    • Minimize legal liability. Participate in collection activities.
    • Review division reports as wellas other financial records such as payroll, accounts receivable, andaccounts payable. Review reports with management.
