Overview MG2 an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design is currently looking for Architectural Staff Industrial to join our Client Programs Market team in Minneapolis MN You will be working in our Client Programs CP Market where you will have the unique opportunity to work on global and national building programs with a focus on project and client leadership through all phases of design and delivery
Responsibilities
- Oversee the production and coordination of contract deliverables including field surveys design drawings construction documents exhibits specifications Primary focus is ensuring completeness of the work in alignment with the project contract and design intent maintaining MG2 quality standards coordinating consultant deliverables Collaborate with internal design staff on the integration of design generated deliverables into contract documents specifications Individuals must display a detailed understanding of how jurisdictional requirements client standards programmatic guidelines impact inform design Coordinate project deliverables with external consultants partners Generate complete comprehensive code research feasibility studies required coordination AHJ representatives This may include scheduling participating pre-submittal or design review meetings Provide administrative support for project teams creating meeting agendas minutes updating project trackers completing permit applications checklists maintaining RFI submittal logs generating various types projects reports Demonstrate detailed understanding firm-wide documentation standards procedures proper use MG templates graphic standards Provide guidance other staff members implementation standard implement Required Assist generating accurate complete specification aligning scope described providing formal responses issuance Participate QAQC reviews all deliverables coordination review consultant documents drawings specifications Coordinate external submittals local permitting authorities AHJs including completion administrative tasks execution site-specific submittal process procedures Participate production coordination during administration attending site visits generate field reports reviewing submittals RFIs issuing formal response Produce accurate timely work according project schedules workplans Work should demonstrate understanding intention comprehension budget Qualifications Bachelor Master degree Architecture related field Experience years architecture professional firm Proficiency Revit AutoCAD MS Office Demonstrated experience utilizing collaboration software Bluebeam Miro Teams Demonstrated experience coordinating architectural construction documents Previous documentation various project scale complexity preferred ability read write understand English comprehending written communications verbal interactions Benefits Employer provided employee healthcare plan reduced premium plans life insurance short long-term disability coverage Paid Time Off Holidays Floating Holiday Employer sponsored Family Planning Program employer Paid Parental Leave Learning Career Development opportunities Employee Wellness Assistance Program Participation K matching percentage waiting period We recruit employ train compensate promote regard race religion creed color origin age gender sexual orientation marital status disability veteran status basis protected applicable federal state local law}
