We are the industry leader in manufacturing and fabricating specialized engineered thermoplastic materials that provide a unique performance advantage. (customized non-conductive parts for diverse industries). We manufacture and fabricate custom parts from drawings and sample parts (reverse engineering).

    Our team prides themselves on being a group of fun, driven, problem-solvers who LOVE what they doWhat are we looking for? The Regional Quality Manager (RQM) maintains and supports the Business Management System at multiple facilities.

    The RQM has responsibility for leading Quality Team Members at multiple sites.

    The RQM works with on-site quality support staff to ensure conformance to applicable Quality Management Standards (QMS) and customer requirements in support of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction goals.

    What specifically will you be doing? Ensure all aspects of the QMS are compliant to ISO9001:2015, AS9100D and customer requirements.

    Represent the company during external certification and strategic customer audits.
    Manage and develop quality team members.
    Lead nonconforming material, customer complaint and supplier related issue investigations.
    Review customer satisfaction results and implement continuous improvement efforts.

    Work with the Director of Quality Assurance to meet financial objectives by estimating requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions for the facilities under their responsibility.

    RequirementsWhat do we need from you? 5-10 years of practical experience or an equivalent amount of education and experience in the development, implementation and continual improvement of a Quality Management System in a manufacturing environment, required.

    Experience in low volume, high variety manufacturing, preferred.
    Strong work ethic, oral and written communication skills, and attention to detail. Subject matter expert in Quality Systems Management. The ability to provide leadership and guidance in the application of quality practices throughout the company.
    Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system software. Ability to read and understand parts drawings/blueprints, ability to use and accurately measure parts with inspection tools.

    ISO9001:2015 and/or AS9100D experience, preferred.


    Travel:
