- Assist in various administrative support projects in Salesforce, the USTA Foundation's CRM, grants management and analytics system
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and a general understanding of what CRM platforms and/or project management tools are
- Proficient in Google Workspace (G-Suite) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality; ability to analyze, plan and coordinate
- Experience with developing presentation decks (i.e. PowerPoint/or Google Slides)
- Capable of working independently and in a collaborative business environment
- Weekly professional development workshops.

The Role
This is a 10-week program from June 10th through August 15th.
Working hours: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM through 5:00 PM EST
Hybrid schedule: Must be capable to work on-site 2-3 days per week at the Los Angeles Office.
Hourly rate: $17.00
Key responsibilities pertain to assist with the exploration and development of the NJTL Alumni Network over the course of 10 weeks, and deliver a presentation with a proposed plan by mid-August.
Responsibilities & Projects:
- Support the 2024 National Essay Content, execution of various Excellence Program events, training camps and high performance tournaments
