    VACO Atlanta has partnered with one of our clients to assist with hiring an HRIS Administrator. This is a contract position and 100% remote. The HRIS Administrator will have deep expertise in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) systems and a focus on new hire workflows, payroll, and system integrations. A great opportunity to contribute to transformative projects within the organization.

    Responsibilities
    • Serve as the primary administrator for UKG systems, overseeing all aspects of configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
    • Lead the overhaul of workflows related to new hire onboarding, payroll processing, and other HR functions within UKG.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between UKG and other systems, particularly iCIMS.
    • Manage complexity associated with multiple companies within the organization, including mergers/acquisitions or a family of brands.
    • Handle intricate pay structures and ensure accuracy in payroll processing within UKG.
    • Contribute to the redesign of workflows, leveraging UKG capabilities to drive efficiency and effectiveness in HR processes.
    Requirements
    • Deep knowledge of UKG at the administrator level, including configuration and maintenance.
    • Experience with new hire workflows, from onboarding through to payroll processing, within UKG.
    • Proficiency in handling complexity associated with multiple companies, mergers/acquisitions, or a family of brands.
    • Familiarity with system integrations, particularly between UKG and iCIMS.
    • Transformation experience, with the ability to redesign workflows and drive process improvements using UKG.
