- Responsible for all aspects of Base Store management including:
- Driving store-level sales and profitability.
- Assisting in recruiting, selecting, and training a team of qualified, dedicated, and professional store associates based on established core competencies.
- Leading and inspiring the store team through effective coaching and development.
- Maintaining all standards of store operations.
- Managing the execution and adherence to all corporate programs.
- While MOD, responsible for all aspects of store operations including:
- Staffing, selling skills, merchandising, stock management, safety and security.
- Ensuring all Company standards are met by all employees.
- Regularly reviewing key performance metrics with staff to drive profitability and service.
- Following guest service principles and maintaining consistent selling and service standards.
- Performing store opening and closing procedures in accordance with Jockey policies.
- Conducting sales transactions and protecting company assets.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of successful management experience in a retail environment.
- Strong selling experience with the ability to meet performance standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and days.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Working knowledge of POS systems; MS Office skills preferred.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds and maneuver around the store.
- Work with cleaning chemicals.

Jockey is in search of a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team at our Eagan, MN location.
