Help Students Rediscover Their Passion and Their Future Many students step away from school due to life challenges not lack of potential As a Re-Entry Specialist you ll reconnect with former students help them overcome obstacles and inspire them to return and complete their education in the skilled trades This is a meaningful student-centered role where your communication skills empathy can truly change lives What You ll Do Reach out to previously enrolled students who have withdrawn Re engage them through phone calls emails texts and in-person conversations Help students work through barriers to re enrollment Collaborate with Admissions Faculty and Student Services teams Motivate students to rediscover their goals and return to school What We re Looking For Associate degree or higher preferred 2+ years of experience in Admissions Student Services or adult education Strong communication persuasion problem-solving skills Positive empathetic student-focused mindset Organized self-motivated team-oriented Why This Role Matters Not every student will return but for those who do you ll be the reason they got their future back on track Compensation Benefits We offer a competitive salary robust benefits package including Medical Dental Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Health Savings Accounts 401(k) Employer Match Company-Paid Short Long-Term Disability Company-Paid Life Insurance Your Birthday Off Paid Ten Paid Holidays Two Weeks PTO Year One Tuition Reimbursement Optional Pet Accident Additional Insurance Plans We are an Equal Opportunity Employer >
