    Help Desk/Network Analyst

    This highly active position requires an EXPERIENCED Help Desk / Network Analyst II-III to provide server and end-user help desk, as well as network administration support services.

    • A degree or relevant work experience with 3+ years IT help desk/network administration/support experience is MANDATORY - Level II-III

    The ideal candidate should have: general Windows PC and server technical skills; exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills; excellent communication skills; ability to work as part of a team; MUST have experience with Microsoft Office 365, antivirus and malware tools and applications, Windows Server, Exchange Server, Terminal Server administration and support.
    Experience working with ticketing systems/RMM is a plus;
    PC/Macintosh support proficiency
    Certifications such as CompTIA A+/N+/S+
