Job Title: Part-Time Family Nurse Practitioner at QuickVisit Urgent Care, Newton, Iowa

Essential Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality urgent and primary care to patients of all ages in underserved areas
Conduct physical exams, diagnose illnesses, prescribe medication, and educate patients
Manage examinations for various purposes including workers' comp and wellness screenings
Provide leadership and assistance to the healthcare team
Collaborate with staff to ensure optimal patient care
Stay up-to-date with medical policies and standards
Participate in projects to enhance clinic services

Skills and Certifications Required:

Minimum one year of FNP or emergency care experience
Experience in treating pediatrics preferred
Active Iowa Nurse Practitioner license, DEA License, and DOT Physical Certification
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
