    Overview

    Our affiliate, Unified Women's Healthcare of North Carolina, is looking for an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician or Hospitalist to join their prestigious women's health care center in Greensboro, NC.

    About the Practice:
    The practice consists of 10 physicians, 7 being full spectrum OB/GYN's and 3 gynecologists. There is also 1 nurse practitioner along with a great support staff.

    This practice has been serving patients in the Greensboro Metro Area for over 40 years and is a great opportunity for someone to join a big team with an established patient base in the region.

    The hospital that the practice serves is the Moses Cone Hospital that supports the practice with women's health subspecialists, a high-level NICU unit, and the Da Vinci robotic system for specialized GYN surgical procedures.

    Overall, the practice offers a collegial and supportive environment for a new physician on top of growth and an excellent work/life balance.


    Practice Highlights:
    Top notch practice team of 10 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner that assists with patients in clinic.
    The practice has built a solid reputation for patient care in the community for over 40 years.

    Practice supports the Moses Cone Memorial Hospital that provides the group with women's health subspecialists, a Level 3 NICU unit, and the Da Vinci robotic system.

    A new Neonatal Intensive Care Unit has been designed to enable personalized care and greater privacy for families to accommodate roughly 6,200 births per year.

    The practice offers the full range of comprehensive Women's Health Services including OB/GYN, surgical gynecology with the ability to perform some minimally invasive procedures on site, Med-Spa, and Lab work processing .

    5-day workweek but office closes early on Fridays. Overall, great work/life balance.
    1 in 7 call schedule with post-call day off.

    Patient Census: 30/daily per OB/GYN.

    4 weeks of vacation time to start.
    Competitive compensation with the opportunity for bonus income.
    $30K Sign on and $30K Retention Bonus.
    2 year partnership track and earning potential as a partner is typically $500K+.
    Family type practice atmosphere has created a warm working environment with very little staff turnover.
