    The Director of Infrastructure is responsible for architecting, delivering, safeguarding, and supporting ATIs infrastructure within the following core functions: maintenance and configuration of computer systems and servers, LAN/WAN/WLAN, VOIP system, mobility, remote access, firewalls, proxy, and cloud-based networking implementations. Additional responsibilities will include Cyber Security Training, IT Policies, Information Security Program, Business Continuity Planning, DR, Google Workspace administration, Colo, Azure Cloud Management and Vendor Management. The ATI infrastructure and Helpdesk team is distributed across our regional branch offices.

    • Essential Functions of This RoleOversee staff of System & Network Administrator and Help Desk Team.
    • Ensure compliance with all deadlines and provide upgrades to all systems as per requirement.
    • Establish maintenance of IT standards and associated documentation, including business continuity and disaster recovery.
    • Provide strategic direction and roadmaps for areas of expertise, including the infrastructure, architecture, systems and/or related business processes that ensure the implementation and operation of new technology/systems.
    • Responsible for identifying, tracking, managing, mitigating, and reporting information security risk in a highly regulated environment.
    • Responsible for creating, managing, and annually updating IT policies.
    • Responsible for creating, managing, and annually updating building the infrastructure budget
    • Responsible for creating, maintaining, and testing Business Continuity Plan and Business Impact Analysis
    • Partnering with enterprise vendor management to review vendor assessments and information security controls.
    • Accountable for creating and updating enterprise risk and cyber security assessments.
    • Responsible for updating the enterprise Incident Response Plan and conducting annual testing.
    • Responsible for monitoring enterprise security such as patch management, endpoint protection, unusual authentications, SIEM etc.
    • Accountable for phishing tests / training
    • Develop and implement integration plans for M&A
    • Provide hands on help when needed and act as L3 escalation point.
    • Responsible for configuring, monitoring, and testing backups / datacenter failover.
    • Collaborate with System and Network Administrators to troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis to eliminate issues.
    • Experience migrating on premise infrastructure to cloud as well as strong cloud optimization experience preferred.

    • RequirementsCandidate requires 10+ years of network administration, or system administration experience.
    • Bachelors degree in computer science, system administration, IT, or related field
    • Possess the vision, technical expertise, and knowledge of the principles and practices of infrastructure engineering, operating an enterprise caliber data center environment, high availability infrastructure technologies, and strong familiarity with implementing and managing security controls.
