    POSITION DESCRIPTION:


    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role Directory of IT/Business systems in charge of leveraging and operationalizing the data within our Dealer Management System ("DMS").

    In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient operation, administration, and support of our DMS.

    The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with business acumen to optimize system performance, streamline processes, and drive enhanced operational efficiency.

    Focuses on department innovation, efficiency, and implementation of technology practices to support business objectives.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES:
    Oversee the day-to-day operation, reliability and maintenance of the Dealer Management System. Manage user accounts, permissions and system configuration
    Work directly with Dealership and Accounting Operation to analyze, develop, and implement solutions for system enhancements that improve increased operational effectiveness
    Work with stakeholders to develop automated reporting that links data from the DMS to the Datawarehouse and ultimately to Power-BI
    Utilize expertise in SQL to manage, query, and manipulate data within the DMS. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency for effective decision-making.
    Work with vendor (Procede) representatives to communicate issues, request assistance, and stay informed about updates and new features
    Plan and coordinate system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Test new features and functionalities before deployment to ensure compatibility and stability.
    Identify and recommend new technologies and services that will improve efficiency, processes, and operations; reviews requests for additional services and upgrades, assessing the costs and benefits to the organization

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
    Proven experience working with and supporting DMS systems such as Procede Excede, CDK or Karmak (Preferably in a Commercial Truck Environment) equivalent ERP experience will be considered
    Experience and competency with programming/writing scripts in SQL and other languages such as C # (CSharp)
    Experience building and maintaining Azure Datawarehouse as well with linking DMS/ERP with Power BI
    Bachelor's degree in business administration or computer science, or equivalent training and experience preferred
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
